I am running for Auburn Union School District with a strong desire to serve our community and participate in the critical decision-making that the people of this district deserve.

The restructuring of Auburn Union schools presents a rare opportunity to reshape the learning environment in the district. I will work to strengthen academic programs, grow enrichment and extracurricular activities, and develop community involvement to enrich the lives of students and families in new and creative ways.

Our district must focus on core subjects to best serve our students and ensure their growth. Addressing covid learning losses to bring our students up to proficiency and beyond must be our continued goal.

I will work to ensure our district protects the parent-child relationship making it an asset to our families rather than a roadblock. We must follow Title IX to protect girls sports and spaces. I am committed to advocating for the constitutional right of parents to direct their child’s education and to empowering their participation.
